Military Active Duty status verification
(for use with Request for Order of Default (https://mdcourts.gov/sites/default/files/court-forms/family/forms/ccdr054.pdf/ccdr054.pdf) - attach certificate and make a note on the form that it is attached along with the other reasons for knowing that the person is not in the military, for example: I know that he/she works at suchandsuch company)
