Pro Bono Oppportunities handout 2016 10

1) Volunteers are needed to staff tables. Happy to have you sign up for one hour or for a whole morning:

     A) Circuit Court MON, 10/24   9:30-11:30, 1:15-2:30 

     B) Glen Burnie District Court TU/WED/TH 10/25-10/27  8:30 - 10:00 

     C) (IF we get enough volunteers) Annapolis District Court TU/WED/TH 8:30-10:00

2) Volunteers are needed to provide the following. All should be delivered to Joanie during the week before the event. 

    A. treats for the tables: either candy or cookies (or even cupcakes if you can bring them to the courthouse)
    B. table decorations (Halloween-type decorations like platters for the treats, witch's hat, black cat, other 3-D decorations),    C. someone to design a banner or a posterfor the table, with the theme PRO BONO IS NOT SO SCARY,    D. someone to print and deliver a banner/poster. Ideally it would be large enough to be attached to the front of the table.

3) On each day, one volunteer is needed to bring a laptop and to help lawyers sign up online on the spot for pro bono opportunities. We will have handouts with Pro Bono opportunities.
