Pro Bono Recruitment - MVLS and PBRC
The article for the Barrister by Chris Brown has been published in the December issue. Chris will author another article for the next issue. He will try and get information from Judge Bell and Judge Battaglia.

Homeless Resource Day 2012 is scheduled for March 31, 2011 at Glen Burnie High School.
Criminal records and expungement
These are two of the most asked about legal issue at previous Homeless Resource Days. It is hoped that expungement petitions can be completed during Homeless resource Day with a waiver of the prepayment of fees so that it can be filed on the following Monday. Joan Bellistri will contact the HRPC to investigate what kind of assistance they can provide for the day. Judge Reilly will ask Judge McKenna if we can have a Judge available to sign the filing fee waivers. Judge North will ask Judge Nancy Davis-Loomis the same. Bill Davis will contact Bill Roessler for his input on the project.
One concern is how a homeless person be contacted once the expungement request is filed.
Barrister Column to highlight “stars” and providers/opportunities
Chris Brown will write an article for the next Barrister.
Next Meeting : The next scheduled meeting would be 02/22/2012. However, there is a conflict with the AABA board meeting so it is tentatively scheduled for 02/29/2012.
