Use this form if you are unable to pay the court filing fees and want to ask the court to waive fees at the beginning of the case.

Use this form if the court has ordered you to pay some or all of the costs at the end of your case and you cannot afford to pay

 

Please read Filing Fee Waivers for more information. If you have a lawyer, contact them concerning your ability to pay.  Different procedures apply if you are represented by a lawyer with a Maryland civil legal aid organization.
