This years project will be a campaign to increase pro bono service in Anne Arundel County. We will ask that notice of the campaign be sent to the AABA via a blast email co-written by the judges on the Committee: Hon. Pamela North and Hon. Eileen Reilly. Three options for pro bono service will be highlighted:
1 - Foreclosure Prevention Pro Bono Project
2 - MVLS
3 - Donations to Anne Arundel County Legal Aid through AACares.org: http://aacares.org/legalaid
The email will include information showing the need for Anne Arundel attorneys.
Bill will invite Joe Manck and Michelle Moodispaw to our next meeting that will be held during Pro Bono Week so that we can learn more about the firm's pro bono work. We can then follow up with an article in the Barrister and investigate a presentation at an Inns of Court meeting.
