Minutes from Minutes 10-23-2013 and  Minutes 01-29-2014, with edits, were approved.

were reviewed.  The page contains information for the working of the Committee.

          a. Judge North's draft letter to local firms was reviewed.  Edits were suggested and will be sent to Judge North.

     3. MVLS and PBRC programs - local coordination and PBRC E-Bulletin

     4. Local referral service - collaboration with the bar - warm referrals - triage / centralization

III. New Business:

    A. The need for testimony for Homeless Bills HB794/SB794 and HB 813/SB 795 as requested by DSS was  brought to the attention of the Committee:

Nancy Faulkner asked about the official status of committee membership for the new members.  Joan Bellistri will contact the bar and Judge Hackner.
